What is the return policy?

We do not accept returns, however, in the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 14 calendar days at themoodyviolet@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution, whether that be a refund or replacement. 

What are the shipping options?

Orders are generally shipped within 4 working days using Royal Mail Tracked 48®

Flat rate shipping fee of £3.99 applies to orders shipping to within the UK. We only ship within the UK at this time. 

Any orders over £75 will get free shipping within the UK.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not ship outside of the UK.

What do I do if I never received my order or recieved a faulty or wrong item?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at themoodyviolet@hotmail.com.

What material is used for your prints?

Our A4s are printed on Matt Giclée Paper 60lb (240gsm), acid free and archival paper.

Do you take customs?
